Flyff at Fanimecon 2012!!!

Greetings Flyffers!

We'd like to let you all know that this Memorial Day Weekend, Flyff will be having a presence at the San Jose Fanimecon 2012!!!

We had so much fun last year that we just had to come back, and this time we've got something special in store for all you Flyffers that are able to attend!

Here's what you can expect:


Flyff Wash Away Tattoo Giveaway

For those of you familiar with Anime conventions, you should know that upon first day entry, you'll be given a free bag of sweet goodies at the door (they're typically called Guest Grab Bags). These bags are loaded with goodies from various titles of anime and games and run the gamut of free coupons, tiny toys, little posters, scrolls, ads, cards, you name it! Sound sweet? Of course, cause you can't say no to free stuff.

Now, if you're a Flyffer, you'll notice that when you receive one of these special grab bags, there will be a special treat that only a Flyff fan would notice! You see, we've thrown into these bags some special wipe on tattoos that you can place right on your body - your arm, your leg, even your face and forehead! (We'll get to that in a sec )

It's a special item that only those attending Fanime can get a hold of, so if you're going, or know someone that is, be sure to grab one of those tattoos and cherish it for dear life OR read on below for yet another special giveaway!


The Flyff Tattoo Picture Contest

If you're lucky enough to get a hold of the aforementioned Flyff Tattoos, then you're in store for a special picture event. This thread is also open so that YOU can show us YOUR pictures of the fanime event! Post em right away from your smart phone if you want!

However, if you can show us pictures of YOURSELF wearing the tattoo on either your arm, leg, or face, you'll be entered into a random drawing where 3 winners will be receiving a full Rudolph Jewelry Set! No joke!

The only stipulations are the following:

• That you post your picture of you wearing the tattoo on your arm, leg, or face here in this thread when it's open.
• That you keep things PG-13. So no pics of you placing the tattoo on parts of your body that are inappropriate to show -.- Please keep in mind that doing so will disqualify you from the contest and will possibly earn you an in game and forum ban.
• The time frame for accepting picture entries will be from May 25th to June 5th.
• Winners will be chosen at random from the pool of individuals that actually do post pictures of themselves wearing the tattoo. A consolation prize will be given to those do not win, so you've got nothing to lose by trying!
• Winners will be announced on June 6th!

That's all there is to it, so be doubly sure to hold onto those tattoos if you want one of those Rudolph sets!


Tiny Tanuki Plush Doll Giveaway

Last but certainly not least, the good folks at Fanime will be auctioning off 3 Tiny Tanuki Plush dolls! It gets better though, each of these Tiny Tanuki dolls comes with a Game Card worth 30$ in gPotatoes AND has had their box signed by the very GMs that run Flyff! That's right, it's autographed, rare, and very very desirable

Where can you find this auction? It happens Sunday at 3PM at the Stage Zero concourse of the San Jose convention center!

If you want one of these rare Flyff collectables, be sure to show up ready and poised to win that Auction! You won't want to miss out, it should be a good time all around, and it's just one of those things that you have to do at least once in your life - participate in a wacky auction for items that are priceless in their own right!

why is the fanimecon in california exactly ..... Im in Texas , and I want to attend it , But I dont wanna spend money on an airplane ticket to go all the way to california >.> Q-Q.... Specific anime conventions never move out from an area without good reason. Texas currently has one going on right now and another one scheduled for next week just fyi.

Haha yeah! I luckily wasnt there, only went on Sunday. It messed up registration pretty bad. That line is already ridiculous, so it just grew and grew and eventually the line headed outside the convention center and into downtown SJ. My friend that was there said that not even 1/4th of the line was actually inside the convention center.

I think afterwards the only thing they wouldnt let attendees do is use the plug outlets. idk I saw a lot of the rover people asking attendees using the outlets to de-plug.

I ended up going to Fanimecon 2012!
Saw the booth there, but only had little time to attend and look around.
Was visiting family at the time, so I might as well knock out two birds with one stone.
I got the bag and ran out after a bit, aha.

My brother stole my Goody-Bag after though.

Had to crop out my face though; was playing Xbox and was all concentrated (aka wierdfais)..

gonna assume they dont forum at all, when I asked them if they got a tattoo they gave me super blank faces and had no idea what I was talking about
so i didnt tell them about the contest and left
