Many players find it difficult to tell if they've discovered a bug or are in need of Technical Support.


These simplified definitions will help those of you that need it to tell the difference between a bug or a Tech. Support issue.


You have found a BUG if:

You've discovered an anomalous occurance that happens after a player has logged into the game. (Not including hardware related issues or issues stemming from the use of any anti-hack software.)

Please check the Known Bugs section to see if your bug has already been reported and documented.

If it has, there is no need to report it further. If it hasn't, please send a detailed report with screenshots to flyffbugs@gala-net.com.

You are in need of TECH. SUPPORT if:

You're experiencing a problem logging into the game or are having difficulties playing the game due to hardware or software related issues (such as abnormal amounts of lag, screen flicker, or blue screens).
